Plot price check

Pick the society, phase, block and plot size to see the price references Blackfire has published for that exact plot, each with its date, source and validity. When nothing is published, the result says so.

What is a plot worth? (plot ki qeemat)

Choose the society first. Where a society has phases, choose the phase; where the data separates residential and commercial blocks, choose the use; then the block or sector and the plot size. Developer payment plans, developer asking ranges and Blackfire market ranges are labelled separately and never mixed.

FBR tax valuation references

No reviewed FBR valuation reference is published yet. An FBR value is a tax valuation, never a market price.

Common questions

Why does the result sometimes say there is no price?

Blackfire shows a price only when a dated reference exists for the exact society, phase, use, block and plot size you chose. Gaps are not filled with another block, phase, use or city, because those prices can differ a lot. Ask the team for an assessment of your plot.

What kinds of price reference are there?

A developer payment plan is the total price a developer advertises in a payment plan. A developer asking reference is a range published by the developer or project. A Blackfire market range appears only when at least five recent observations from three independent sources exist. None of these is a valuation of your particular plot, and corner, park-facing or possession plots can differ.

What does “expired” mean?

Each reference has a check window after the date it was checked. Once that window ends it is listed under Expired references with its dates and is not used as current evidence until it is checked again.

What is the FBR value?

The Federal Board of Revenue’s valuation used for tax on transfers. It is a tax valuation reference, not a market price, and the specific SRO and locality table must be reviewed before using a value.

How often are references updated?

The weekly process prepares a reviewed update from the team’s Sheet. Publication depends on source quality and approval; the observation date is shown with each value.
